Automation questions
Wired or wireless automation — which is right for me?
Wired automation is the most robust choice for new builds and full renovations, because cabling is planned into the walls from day one. Wireless automation is ideal for finished homes and apartments, where we want to avoid breaking walls. Many homes use a mix of both.
Can I still use normal switches?
Yes. Every light can still be operated from a keypad on the wall — the app and voice control are extras, not replacements.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The systems we install run their scenes locally, so keypads and schedules keep working without internet. Remote app access returns when the connection does.
Does it work with Alexa or Google Assistant?
Most systems we install can integrate with popular voice assistants. We confirm compatibility for your chosen platform during design.
