Lighting Design & Installation

Light that shapes the space, not just fills it.

Living room with a warm ceiling cove, downlights, three glass pendants, lit shelves, lamps and sheer curtains

Interior, exterior, stretch ceiling, fibre-optic galaxy, decorative and furniture integrated lighting — designed as layers, installed with premium fixtures.

Good lighting is the difference between a room that looks finished and a room that feels right. At Light + Control we design lighting in layers — ambient light for the whole space, task light where you read, cook or work, and accent light that picks out texture, art and architecture. Each layer is placed, dimmed and colour-tuned so that one room can feel bright and energetic at noon and calm and warm at night.

Our lighting work covers interiors, facades and gardens, stretch ceilings, fibre-optic "galaxy" ceilings, decorative pieces and lighting built into furniture. We work from your architect’s drawings or from a site visit, prepare a lighting layout with fixture positions, beam angles and colour temperatures, and then supply, install and commission everything ourselves.

For homeowners and businesses, that means one team responsible for the design, the fittings, the wiring and the dimming — and for keeping it all working through our Annual Maintenance Contract.

Why Light + Control

Designed, installed and looked after by one team

  • 01

    Designed before it is wired

You see a lighting layout — positions, beam angles and Kelvin values — before a single channel is cut into the ceiling.

  • 02

    Lighting and control together

We plan dimming, scenes and automation with the fixtures, so the lights you choose actually work the way you want to use them.

  • 03

    Looked after after handover

Our AMC covers drivers, dimmers and fixtures so the space keeps looking the way it did on day one.

FAQ

Lighting questions

What colour temperature should I use at home?

Warm white (2700K–3000K) suits living rooms, bedrooms and dining areas because it feels relaxed. Neutral white (3500K–4000K) works well in kitchens, study areas and bathrooms where you need to see clearly. Cool white (5000K and above) is best kept for garages, utility areas and some retail. Tunable-white fixtures let one room move between all three.

Can you work with my architect or interior designer?

Yes. Most of our lighting projects start from the architect’s or interior designer’s drawings. We prepare the lighting layout, fixture schedule and control plan to fit their design intent and coordinate with the electrical contractor on site.

Do you only supply fixtures, or do you install too?

We design, supply, install and commission. Being responsible for the full job is what lets us guarantee how the finished room looks and behaves.

Can lighting be upgraded in an existing home without breaking walls?

Often, yes. Profile lights, track systems, plug-in decorative pieces and wireless dimming can be added with very little civil work. We assess what is possible during the site visit.

Which areas do you serve?

We are not restricted by location and are open to taking up projects anywhere. Our studio is in Kakinada. Tell us where your space is on WhatsApp and we will plan the visit.
