What if the battery dies?
You will get low-battery warnings weeks in advance, and most locks have an emergency power port or a backup mechanical key.
Can a digital lock be fitted to my existing door?
Usually yes. We check the door thickness and material first.
Is a fingerprint lock secure?
Quality locks use secure sensors and encrypted storage, and you can combine fingerprint with PIN for extra security.
Can I give a temporary code to a guest?
Many smart locks support one-time or time-limited codes from the app.
